Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases and in-store purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 7 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will have a restocking fee.
ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEM IS A FINAL SALE *Which means no returns*
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. We do not offer exchanges.
*If you are wanting to return shoes, they must be in the original box*
Christmas returns must be mailed back to us 7 days after Christmas, again FINAL SALE items are FINAL.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and keeping up with the tracking information.
Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be added to your account. To use your store credit, log into your account and the store credit will be automatically deducted from your next order at checkout no code needed!
